If you mean the USB panel in the front then I should say that that cord of that panel is not connected to the motherboard, to solve you problem open the case and look for that cord maybe your forgot to plug it or you plug it in a wrong socket. If you find trouble finding it please refer to the motherboard manual its everything there.

No display of my motherbord

The problem is that the enable jumper for the onboard video is not installed.
Note: The POST beep should be occurring, to indicate there is nothing wrong with the motherboard.
If the motherboard onboard video is bad, install a graphics card.

Problem with my Asus p5pe-vm motherbord. When i start it,the message CPU uCode loading error appears. What to do...HELPPPPPPP

If your over clocking your CPU settings reset to default. See if you still get the error. If you still get the error than update your bios. There are a couple of way to do this. You can use the software on your Asus CD or you can down load the latest BIOS-Utilities, Afudos BIOS update tool V2.36. Than download the bios file, P5PE-VM BIOS 1501.

Using built-in EZ Flash to flash BIOS Please be informed that not all motherboards support EZ Flash,
please use DOS flash utility to update BIOS if your motherboard does not support EZ Flash; http://support.asus.com/technicaldocuments/technicaldocuments.aspx?no=960&SLanguage=en-us
