Question about HP w19 19" LCD Monitor
Most common problem is bad electrolytic capacitors if unit is a few years old. Take it apart and replace any swollen, ie bulging top of the aluminium can... but may be 'off-value' if not swollen. Any electronics from China will fail within 3 years due to bad electrolytic caps..
