well, all you need is to unlock your phone.. but unfortunately there is no way a user can unlock 6133 phone by himself for free..
you can unlock it by operator codes(not free) by imei logs(not free) of by box gadgets known to cellphone technician (also not free..) hope this clears your problem..

The Restriction code can only be given by your cellphone provider. dial 611 to talk to them toll free
