I guess that something stucked at the drainage system in the machine. I met one of the washing machine store managers in a store. He shared with me that it can be done at home. Just lift up the drain hose until the water in the tub is filled. Put down the hose to let the water in the tub to flash the drainage system in the machine. Hope that something stuck in there can be flashed away. It works well for me. Additionally, you may remove the turn table of the machine when doing flashing as to increase the flashing force.

It appears your clutch assembly has failed in this instance.

For replacement parts - head on over to PartSelect.com or RepairClinic.com and enter in your full model number for a full parts listing.
I recommend both sites because ...

FixYa has no affiliation with either site - I have been using and recommending them for years - trouble free.

PartSelect has a great schematic database for locating the part on your unit and great "testimonials" for each part that often times includes HOW-TO information.
RepairClinic has pictures of each part they sell and also a great how-to and troubleshooting for basic repairs.

If your unit has never been serviced - there should still be an original service manual enclosed in plastic taped to the inside of the shell.
In the service manual are Error codes, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting steps you can follow.

Anything too complicated or beyond your scope should be handled by a professional.

If you think you want to tackle the repair - and have gotten stuck on a step - reply to your question and I will be glad to help you out.

SOURCE: water doesnt stop fillinG in

If the water fills and overflows onto the floor: Turn off power to machine. If water continues to flow then, replace fill valve. If water stops then, clean out water level tube from tub to water level switch.

If water keeps flowing but machine never completely fills: raise drain pipe behind machine to at least 30 inches and make sure hose is not sealed where it enters the drain pipe.

SOURCE: i have lost my panasonic

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,

Sorry but this forum does not supply manuals direct; it's just made up of ordinary guys and gals, probably at home, with experience of addressing problems ;-0)

You will need to type into your search engine/web browser '(make) washer manual' and you should be presented with a number of sources from which you can either download for free or have to pay a nominal amount. During the process you will be asked for the actual model number!

Good luck,

Fyi. All new washing maching already tested on their functionality and features but not test run with water intake and drain function. I would like to share My experience last time with this model. The water outlet valve will release by motor when you set to drain mode.it suppose manage to retract back by spring when drain process finish or afte small you change to wash mode.
Take a look on the spring movement.normally it not properly hold valve switch hence the retracted spring not block the valve to stop water drain. Just rectify the alignment of the valve swich which directly connected to the retractable spring.

Panasonic NA-F60 The White "Blade" in

I am guessing that it is the agitator that you are talking about? If so, these are usually splined underneath and fit onto grooves on the "agitator shaft" which comes out of the direct drive motor or the gearbox. If the agitator has stripped off its splines, it will not drive. Look down the middle of the agitator, you should see a screw or bolt which holds it in place. Sometimes you will need a very long screwdriver or nutdriver to reach it, undo the screw / nut and you should be able to pull the agitator out. The only course of action will be is to buy a new one from a Panasonic parts dealer or local appliance parts store.
