Question about Westinghouse LTV-32w1 32 in. HD-Ready LCD Television
Examine the power supply of your tv a defective/bulge capacitors can cause this problem replace it with the same value.you can easily identify a defective capacitor they appear bulging deformed and melting.you have to open the back cover of your tv to access the power supply this is were the power cord is connected.thanks and please post a message if you have further question..if my solution solve your problem please do click the thumbs up button for my rating..
