Hi. Open up the mechanical space where the working parts, and the flame are all located. Carefully clean everything using a vacuum cleaner and a tooth brush. Most of the time, dust and dirt are the culprits. J.

I have no codes, no hot water, gas and electric all ok,

Double check your incoming power supply to the heaters main control panel with a voltmeter.

Inspect the power supply inlet fuses and replace if necessary.

Remove and clean the inlet water supply filter; impeded water flow will not activate the flow switch.

Measure the water flow from each hot-water faucet. You need at least .75 gallons a minute.

Inspect the water flow control turbine. Mineral buildup on the blades will stop it from spinning.

If this is a new installation, make sure that the hot and cold-water lines are not crossed.

Test your plumbing for a cross connection. Turn off the water supply to you heater. Open all the hot

water faucets. If you get a steady steam of water from any of them, you have a cross connection that needs to be remedied. When all else fails, Rheem's customer support team is great. They have always help me with the most technical questions, even on older and outdated products.

Low pressure at hot water tap

Most tankless heaters will normally restrict the hot water output in order to maintain a stable outlet temperature; however, this should only be noticed if you have several hot water fixtures open. If you are only seeing the problem when running a single fixture, then the problem is probably one of these items:

1) clogged aerator on your fixture - easily fixed by removing and cleaning the aerator with a pair of vice grips

2) clogged inlet filter for your tankless - the inlet filter is located on the incoming cold water connection. It has a black cylindrical cap. To remove it, make sure to first turn off your water to the heater and then unscrew the cap to remove the filter. Instructions can also be found in your owner's guide.

Heater not getting started.batteries are o.k.

Sounds like the 125X unit. This unit has a brass water valve. Be sure to service the water valve every 1-2 years. It is the most common cause of the 125 series heater not working. There is also an inlet filter screen on the water valve that needs to be cleaned or replaced.

Tankless water heater (Paloma) Has C2 11 error

I had this problem with the C2 11 error code. My unit is 1.5 years old. I called Paloma and they emailed me an 11 page document to clean the burners. I am not an HVAC but I got the feeling that's who the instructions were for. Very difficult but you can do it if you're handy. You basically take apart 1/2 the unit, be carfull not to lose any screws and label all the little brackets that come off. It took me 2-3 hours to get to the burners. I used a can of air (for keyboards-electronics) to blow on the burners and clear any build up. After putting it back together (carefull to make sure the 3 gas tubes make a seal when re-installed) the unit works. I did this today so I'm not sure the unit will still work in a week/month. I am dreading having to do this every year to keep the unit running.

I was changing my filter in the ge filtration system, and it says to turn off the water and press the red button. Then it says to unscrew the filter take the old one out and clean the filtrstion system...

The red button is a pressure relieve valve. If the system is leaking from the valve, try pushing the valve up from the underside of the cap where the valve is located. If this does not work the housing needs to be replaced. You do not have to replace this with a name brand like GE. All you need to do is make sure the housing that you are purchasing is the same size.

before putting cover on, chk the button to make sure it isn't staying depressed and see what the button is doing when depressed. The cover may have to be in a certain position. with the cover in place, gently rotate untill button pops up
