NEED HELP..... CAN'T REMEMBER BIO PASSWORD FOR IBM...

I have a IBM ThinkPad T30 2366 and can not afford to have it sent out to be fixed with this problem i was told you might help?
I'm can not remember my bio password for the life of me, i was told to hit the mouse keys but nothing happen.
