You need to go to another computer and download and install Microsoft Safety Scanner on a portable hard drive, thumb drive or pen drive, then you will start your computer in the safe mode and then plug in and download, install and run the Microsoft Safety Scanner...
Or you can....
Start your computer in the "Safe Mode", you do this by tapping F8 while the computer is starting up.
Once you are in the safe mode then go to the webpage below and download and run the microsoft safety scanner, this may take several hours to complete the scan and fix.
If the virus is not removed then you can chat with an expert (for free) and he will (with your permission) take over the computer and remove the virus for you.

Hello, a few months ago when i started my laptop a135-s4427(psadou-03h00p) the color of the starting logo was a bid redish while on desktop or opening a page it recovers plus a bit flickering. last week...

If you power it on and you see an image but it then goes black, that means your screen and components is/are working fine. There is a loss of "communication" from the motherboard to the video controllers and drivers to the screen. If you do see an image for a split second at bootup but it then disappears, your screen is fine. If your screen was bad you would not see anything. I suggest you not spend a dime with that "expert" because it sounds like they are just trying to make a buck. It will not resolve your issues by replacing the screen.

Here are a few things you can try:

* Pull the battery out of the laptop and remove the power cord. Press the power button and hold it down for 20-30 seconds. This is to drain any and all residual power from the laptop. Then release the power button, put the battery back in, plug back in the power cord and attempt to power up.

* Keep screen at 30 degree angle (just wide enough to reach in and press power button). There could be a malfunction with the sensor that detects the lid being open or closed. Once the power button is pressed, keep the lid at the angle (partially closed) and see if it boots up. Give it a full three minutes or so to see if it works.

* Try the combination of the function keys that are meant to switch the display to external.... It is different for different computers. Normally it will consist of something like FN + f4. Try looking for the little icon to indicate an external display. You can also try using these combinations of function keypresses: Alt+Ctrl+F1 and Alt+Ctrl+F3 and Alt+Ctrl+F11

* Check and see your display hardware/drivers/onboard controllers functionality - if you connect an external display you should see your desktop without a hitch.

If none of the above helps, please let me know and I will continue to assist you in troubleshooting.

My computer will not come on. it worked fine earlier today. What can i do

If it was working like an hour ago and then it just hanged and will not start try this: unplug from power and wait for 10-15 minutes. Then turn it on again, if it will start furn it off again. open it and with dust remover or a blower or if you are an expert manually clean the processor's cooling mechanism.

If it will not start, that can be from anything. I'd suggest to start from power supply.

Because it's not a clear question I will include the answer if your computer comes on, but operating system will not. Try to do a chkdisk or startup repair.

I am no expert at vista yet but I can tell you that 2 gigs of RAM is not enough. You can disale some features in Vista, but it is a memory hog and you should probably be running about 4 gigs Ram.
