Not finishing wash cycle (by 2 users)

The machine seems to work normal until about 9 is left on the LED then just stops and displays zero. Leaves visible water in machine and clothes soaked. I had a technician look at it. He replaced the door latch switch which lasted about two weeks. Now another technician is telling me to replace the computer.

We have the same washer & drier Maytag Neptune during the wash cycle it goes to 9 then to 7 an d 0, stops & theres always some water left inside the washer leavin the clthes soaked, the drier has to work 3 times as hard to dyr the clothes. Could some tell us how to fix this problem, or should I thrash them & go to Whirpool washer & drier??????

you have a clogged water pump,thats why water is left behind
