This is a classic indication of poor solder connections inside the set. If you are comfortable with electronics and can solder, open up the unit and resolder any connections that appear grainy or have rings. That should resolve the problem.

How to fix my sharp 27rs50 tv color its showing green

Loose solder terminal/s at its video output circuit. This circuit can be located at the car, attached to the back of the CRT.

I have sony triniton tv when i was turn on there is horizontal line on the center of screen this problem was never happen before

HI,
ur tv has problem with its vertical scanning side. vertical scanning output ic (integrated circuit ) may have some problem ( faulty or dry soldering in its leads). u can easily find out the vertical ic on ur tv. there will be four wire coming from the coil which is fitted on the picture tube neck, of which 2 will goto horizontal scanning section and the remaining two will go to vertical scanning section. just follow the two thin wire (normally in color green and yellow ). it will goto a socket on the main board. follow the track on the board. it will lead u to vertical scanning section. check for any dry soldering, if not , replace the ic.
ok

SONY TV PICTURE TURN GREEN WITHOUT RETRACE

Picture goes to high green with retrace lines that shows picture tube is defective and requires replacement.
Usually in above symptom, TV goes to standby mode and standby light blinks when green raster problem occurred.
New TV is better option because picture tube of KV-34XBR960 would not be available any more.
Thanks.

Green is going, going, gone?

I would suggest check the the secondary side of the power supply for around 130VDC if that voltage is found to be lower than 120VDC I would suggest to replace CP80 with a 100 mfd@250 vdc. Part # 218374
Check Globalsemi.com for these parts.

If you are using cable and the signal is connected to the TV through the regular cable wire, then the TV must be in TV mode to work properly. If you are using a cable box with that TV then the TV must be on channel 3. If the screen shows AV 1, then the TV is in the AV mode (red, white and yellow RCA jacks), and you most likely accidently hit the INPUT button on the remote. Pressing 0 3 or INPUT a couple of times on the remote should bring your picture back.

Green is not being displayed on my TV

If you have experience troubleshooting solid state TV sets, you should be able to tell by a couple of voltage measurements if its a problem with the picture tube or the drive circuit. Simply take the multimeter and compare the base voltage of the green drive to the red or blue drive transistor. If the voltage is about the same, measure the collector of all three. if the green voltage on the collector is higher then the others, then theres an open between the drive transistor and the crt element. this could be an open resistor, a bad solder connection on the crt socket, or an open picture tube element. If theres no voltage there then your going to have to trouble shoot the drive circuit.

Green screen with almost horizontal zigzag lines

Is good that you hit it and it reacts, very likely you have loose conections in different places but for the distorted picture you need to check the horizontal driver transformer and flyback after that is corrected you need to check the complete chassis for loose conections.Take your time.Good luck.
