No access to memory

i have a 1gb memory cart attached to the phone and cannot access internal or installed memory it cannot save pictures, mails ot any other thing.

you must have a faulty memory card..please try formatting it first..Stick card in card reader. Insert card reader into PC or laptop. Browse to your memory card, right click and select format...hope it works..All the best
