NO Power with A/C or Battery

I've only used this cam a handful of times. The other day I turned it on there were vertical lines on the screen. I turned it off, now it will not turn on at all.

Any solutions?

Sent it back to JVC........ they said some circuits were bad..... nothing I did. cost bout $100 busck to get fixed...... had it back in three days
