Question about Creative Labs Zen Neeon MP3 Player
Sounds like you need to update either the firmware on the device or the device drivers themselves also take the time to make sure all your windows updates have been done alot of the plug and play still is regularly updated

there are two ways in solving this problem,
first of all disconnect the device from the system then carefully put off the MP3 from any form of power supply connected to the system ,then on the computer system alo put it off for some time to relax it self then put both of the on try to connect it back as it is expected to carry out it function ,but if this did nor solve the problem then it means that the computer system has been corrupted which will need to be reformat i.e (the programs on the computer system will need to be reinstall )
