Try turning it by hand to make sure it isn't seized up. If it won't turn replace the motor. If it will turn, check the capacitor for the fan motor and replace if necessary. You can also verify you have power going to the fan motor.

My coleman mah 3 roof top will not blowon fan side

Sounds like you have either a bad fan motor or a bad fan motor capacitor. When you turn the unit on with the fan not working, the compressor (the humming noise) runs and gets real hot real quick resulting in the compressor cutting off ( the nothing after) on it's inside high temp switch. This is what the compressor is designed to do so that when this happens, it does not burn the compressor out. Replace you fan capacitor, give the compressor an hour to cool, then try it. In most cases and if I'm correct, the unit will run just like you want it to. Good luck.

Intertherm furnace/AC, fan on the furnace won't shut off.

How old is the intertherm. The old ones have fan limit switch and sometimes they stick. The new ones have a fan baord or time delay relay. They go bad from moisture and they just go bad sometimes. It sounds like you just have a shorted relay. If you think you can replace it you can get a relay at any parts store. Need the model number of unit. If not just call a service tech for free estimate. Intertherm model P853A5 older style AC unit fan will not start to rotate when thermostat control set to cool.I have a feeling that it might be the electric motor. I removed the screen and rotated the fan...

This is most likley the capacitor. Be very careful when changing it out!!!!! Make sure to use an insulated device to discharge it first before touching it!!!!!!! To discharge it place insulated device across the two spade connectors on top.
