Hello Thomas. Let's begin by resetting it to factory settings. To do this, turn it on and then gently pry off the thin frame around the screen with your your finger nail. Under that thin frame you will find a reset button. Push it and then try to start it up. It should work. If not, there is no more you can do at home. For 150., I recommend replacement as opposed to repair since your maps are also 2.5 yrs. old. J.
