Question about Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W50 Digital Camera
All my cameras dose is say power off and back on again, i did this so many times i'm dizzy, some people said hit it one or two times, i have hit it and hit it, i'm all short of hitting it off a moving bus, at lest then i'll know it really broken, please help i have spent a lot of money, and can't get a new one, thanks
I don't know what else you have tried other that hitting the camera, which of course is never a good idea with digital cameras. I would first try taking the battery out for at least 1 minute and then reinserting it. If that doesn't work and you can access the menu at all I would initialize the camera back to factory settings. I don't know when you purchased the camera but if it was in the last year this camera comes with a 1 year manufacturers warranty, and I would bring it to an authorized service center to have it looked at.
