Make sure you use SD cards, 2GB and smaller, and not SDHC cards larger than 2GB.

Any of the major brands should work fine. The speed of the card won't make any difference, except possibly when uploading pictures through a card reader.

I have a road tech ha90 digital music player . inserting a sd card with mp3 and wma format music . i get a erro message.

First, many SD storage music players do not support HCSD. Is the SD card bigger than 2gig? This could be the problem. Try a smaller SD card.

Just purchased a polaroid digital a 800 camera. Trying to take a picture and it keeps telling me card is locked. Alsol said to format sd card but the card is formatted.Cannot take a picture.

Look at your memory card. SD cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card.

Keep saying memory full and I have not used it yet

all cameras have a small internal memory, in your case three pictures, you need a memry card, your manual should tell you which type you need (although for polaroid, i think [but am not sure] thit it will be an SD card) you should probably get a 1-4 gb card, as this will let you take a few hundred photos, before you have to download them onto your computer

Polaroid i733 card error

The i733 works with SD cards. Your 8GB card is actually an SDHC card. While it fits into the slot, it won't work. You need to go with SD cards, 2GB and smaller.

Memory cards

Most likely the SD card needs to be formatted. You should be able to have the camera do this, but if not, find a computer with a card reader and format it there.

Hope this helps,

Steve

SD cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card. If the switch is already in the proper position, slide it fully the other way and then back again.
