Question about Televison & Video
After replacing thelamp you need to reset the lamp use hours otherwise the unit will not recognize a newlamp has been put in.
The method to reset the lamp use hours is often model specific and the manufacturer's do not like sharing information like that with the consumer, for some odd reason, it's not like it's information that the customer would need (sarcasm directed at the manufacterer).
My advice is to contact either the authorised repair agent for your brand of TV and they will be able to talk you through the lamp use hour reset method. I hope this offers some assistance. Good luck.
