Often a delay when fan starts --it's not important unless the C.P.U.is overheating.if the fan just isn't running--replace it --there quite cheap and easy to service.
It might just be clogged up with dust --you can get a small can of compressed air with a fine tube on the nozzle to clean it out--sorta even jump start it again with a light push of a pencil end --unless it really has failed--its only the bearing in the centre that fails usually

The cooling fan is on

Usually the fan stays on because your PC is overheating! First try and see your PC has at least 5 cm (2 in) space all round.
2. Dust
You computer fan may have accumulated a lot of dust, which causes the fan to run continuously. Purchase compressed air spray and spray the computer fan to loosen up any dust that may have accumulated. Most computer fans are exposed, so accessing the fan should not be a challenge. Brush the blades with a soft artists brush if the dirt is still on, but GENTLY
3. Technical issues
In some cases, your computer may have either a defective fan or thermostat. Some Computer providers allow you to purchase a new fan and replace it yourself. For thermostat issues, you may have to contact a computer repair professional for assistance.
4. Computer is overworked
Depending on the age of your computer multiple programs that are running can cause it to overheat. Watching a lot of DVDs, playing video games, and listening to music on your computer also can cause overheating. Considering closing some of your programs and rebooting your computer.

How low is the alternator? 13.5 v with the motor running is about as low as I would want, but if you hear something running after you turn it off, it could be draining your battery. It is not uncommon for cooling fans to run after you turn the car off but shouldn't run for long. Can you look at yout cooling fans and see if that is what is running? How long do you hear the noise after you turn the car off?

Mother has no beep

If u dont hear a BEEP with is a code for Hardware issues most often is PROCESSOR failure or whole MB issues. I would first try to see if POWERSUPPY is getting fried. I would chk for burnt smell or now fan activity. then see if the processor fan spins. Does the bios screen comes up or drives spin or any thing light up? also sounds stupid but cables and connections sometime do CHIPCREAP..work loose but if your not expierenced at inside play then if OEM call techsupport or local computer store can do cheap dianogstics..goodluck

Hello, it seems you have more than one issue at hand but lets start with the blue screen, this is typically caused by driver errors on your system. You should check the manufacturers website for the latest drivers available for your system. The CPU is a bunch of different issues so it's hard to zone in on one. Most likely cause lack of RAM, best possible solution try not running too many programs simultaneously. If you are willing to spend on this computer there a lot of programs available online to aid in improving the overall performance of the system one such is Ashampoo win optimizer.

My HP laptop keeps shutting down after a while. What can cause this?

It may be overheating. Can you hear or feel the fan working?

Look for the air vent at the back or side of the laptop, and ensure that you can hear the fan running and feel an aiflow. If the fan is not operating then this is almost certainly the cause.

If the fan is not operating the cause could be on of several things, but most likely you will need to replace the fan.

Post here again if you want further advice.

Top frig not cooling but bottom freezer is

The fan in the back of the freezer is for the freezer as well as the refrigerator. If the fan runs to slow the refrigerator does not get the chilled air, which cause it not to cool. I would have the fan swapped out to solve problem
