Oven won't pre-heat or reach bake temp?

Could be the oven thermostat, that's the long skinny tube with the thin copper pipe coming off it follow it back to the oven knob. Test it by putting a putting an oven thermometer in and compare the difference they only cost a few dollars at good home ware shops.

Rheem gas furnance makes a boom when lighting, after being off for a while

Two things come to mind right off. The first is to make sure that all burners are clean, The second that I would find the most likely if this only happens after furnace has not been ran for awhile is the duct work is expanding rapidly and this is what making the noise. I would observe the burners when the furnace come on and see what flame looks like. It should be igniting quickly when calling for heat with the flames setting close to top of burners and have sharp pointy flames that are mostly blue with just a little yellow. If the flame is drifting off of the top of burners they need to be cleaned. I hope this helps you. Thanks

Sideburner for Thermos Stainless Steel Gas Grill (Mod # 461262006)

It sounds like the orifice is bad. An orifice is a small metal part that has a small hole in it. This regulates the gas coming out to the burner. It is at the tip of the pipe that brings gas to the burners, before the flame. I don't know what the hell the garggley noise is. Unless the bottle is upside down, and you are getting liquid, I don't know.
