You only need to take it off and measure the diameter of the belt in mm. Make a note of how it fits before you do. Once done just enter it into google "..mm cassette belt".
Belts are universal and generally not special to a model. You don't have to be to precise with the measurement either, A replacement five mm either side of the target will do.
