Dropped my phone .now it reads ok to program... (by 3 users)

i dropped my phone tonight.as above all that comes up mow is boot loader oa.52 sw version r4515_g_08.bd.92r ph sig err:35:02: ok to program connect usb data cable. i can't get it off there.i tried to ring it by house phone and it go's to message bank .no ringing.i took batterry out and sim card and replaced still the same russell

Constantly having to turn the phone off & back on to finally clear this & have the phone re-boot
