Your original solution was provided by jrdtechnet, and if you wish further contact directly with that expert, it is best to do so as a further post on your original issue. Alternatively, you should see that expert listed on your profile page. Clicking on their link will send you to ask this question directly of them.

I am not experienced with PCI32, but the solution I find most helpful in regard to drivers is as follows. (The system basically does the work for you, and you should not have to do anything but what you are instructed within the process.):

Since detecting the type of equipment you have, and its numerous technical specifications, can be quite difficult, it may be easiest to use a site that will scan your system and determine the updates needed. Three available sites: www.driveragent.com, www.drivers.com, and www.drivershq.com. You may find this more helpful than trying to search for one individual driver, as that can be very difficult. If none of these things helps, please post back as to the outcome of the above. Otherwise, thanks for rating FixYa!

Not sure what program you are using, an easy fix, is to rename your document to "Temp" delete all the pages that you do not want, copy the first / the only page you need, than delete your temp when done, the original file is intact.

I want to past google map onto a document but I am unable to copy and past it. Ideas please?!

Google Maps are images that are not able to be copied and pasted by operating systems.

Mac: Hit control + shift + 4. select the region of the map you wish to capture. This will save this as an image to your desktop. This image can be inserted into a document.

Windows Vista/7. Open Snipping Tool. Select the region of the screen you wish to copy, then select copy from the menu and you will be able to paste it.

Sir i want to transfer my mobile of samsung c3303 photos into pc

Friend,

1. From the Menu go to Settings->Phone->USB Settings. Here select the phone as a Mass Storage Device. Connect via USB cable to the PC. It will appear as an additional drive in MY Computer. Copy all the photos from the phone and paste them on the PC.

2. If you have BT on the PC. Pair the phone with the PC via Bluetooth and select the photos and send to the phone from Options on the phone.

3. Copy all the photos to the memory card and then remove the card from the phone and after inserting it into the jacket/adapter insert it into the card reader on the PC. From My Computer copy and paste all the photos.

How to reinstall?

If you have the CD, all you need to do is:
1) ensure all your data is backed up, check for photos, documents, etc that you want to keep. Do not try to backup software, it requires a lot more than cutting and pasting into a backup drive.

2) insert the disk and follow the guide.
OR
Insert the disk and reboot, boot off the CD-ROM and you will be taken to a DOS based intall.

3) Follow instructions and when your done installing (an hour or so) install all the drivers for your hardware.

When accessing "My Documents", we are unable to move prepared word documents into folders.

Have you tried doing a copy and paste? Highlight the file you want to move and then right click. From there go to my Documents and open the folder you want to put it in. Then right click again and hit paste. This will usually work. If that doesn't work then here is another way. Go to word and open the document in word. From there go to file>>>>>save as>>>>and then select the folder in MY documents that you want to save it in. Hit save and it should be in there. Best wishes.

OH and I wanted to let you know that it is hard to give these kinds of instructions if I don't know how well you know the computer so if this doens't make any sence to you please feel free to comment back and let me know and then I can explain it better for you.

To be honest the ammount of time it would take for you to properly clean (remove all threats, restore messed up regestry, spyware etc) both of your systems. your time would be better spent backing up your needed files (pictures, documents, internet favorites etc) then starting from scratch by reinstalling both operating systems either from the system restore function that may be already pre installed by the manufacturer, or by simply using the origional OS install CD /DVD.

Once done install antivirus and firewall software making sure they are up to date, then install all OS software updates, finally restore you user files to one of your systems and complete a full AV scan.
finally put you data files back on the appropirate system, voila.

I suggest what may seem a drastic soloution, because it's the simplest way to achive a squeeky clean system, in the least possible time.

hope this helps

Try this. Put the PCI32 folder on your C: drive. Now use your mouse and click the start button, then click RUN. type CMD. A DOS window will pop-up.
In the DOS window type 'CD \' without the ' ' hit enter on your keyboard that should bring you to the c:\ . Next type 'cd pci32' enter to enter the pci32 folder Finally type 'pci32.exe' enter to run the program. It shouldn't close now.

I did a search of your FCC ID # and nothing was returned. It could not identify your product. Please be more specific. Was there no model #? Also, the main chip (usually the biggest) should have a model number. Try finding that.

By the way, to search FCC ID #'s, go here: https://fjallfoss.fcc.gov/oetcf/eas/reports/GenericSearch.cfm
