RCA HD52W59 JUST REPAIRED BUT STILL DOES HE SAME...

I RECENLTY HAD MY RCA HD52W59 IN FOR REPAIR. THEY REPLACED THE SMALLL SIGNAL BOARD AND SAID THAT EVERYTHING WAS WORKING FINE. NOW THE TV WORKS GREAT UNTIL I TURN IT OFF. WHEN I TURN IT OFF IT WILL NOT TURN BACK ON. I HAD TO LEAVE IT UNPLUGGED FOR ALMOST 2 HOURS FOR THE UNIT TO POWER BACK ON. I HATE TO SPEND $$$ FOR ANOTHER REPAIR BILL, ANY IDEA WHAT WOULD BE CAUSING THIS PROBLEM?
