As long as you are within your return period of 30 days on the product, you can call 1-888-BestBuy™ and ask for the Consumer Relations Department. Once there, please tell the person who answers the phone you would like to purchase a "walkaway" service plan on your unit. There is a 2 year and a 4 year option! The representative should be able to process your sale for the service plan as long as you have a major credit card. It can even be placed on your Best Buy™ card!
