Problem for Sony SNC-RZ30N Network Camera
No pan and tilt
The camera got stuck at one position. It will zoom but won't pan and tilt. Replaced the camera with new one. The new camera when installed, moved around and found the home position but is now just resting there. It does not pan or tilt either. Your help is appreciated.

- we had the same problem with 4 camera bought 2 years ago. All the 4 cameras give the same problem when the tour is activated.After viewing log we found this error repeated "recieved a error packet in CamSendRecvPtzPosInc".
The firmware is 2.24
