Hi, if both lines are freezing on your unit check your filter line driers, you should have one on the suction and high side line. You have a restriction in the liquid line filter. This is something you will need a tech change out for you as it will also have non-condensables such as air and moisture in the system. If you have no filter driers on your system at all, then this is the problem for sure as it must have at least the liquid line or high side filter drier on for it to work properly. I hate to tell you this as you will need to call someone out, but I would make lots of calls and get the lowest estimate as you can. Its not that they will be shade tree mechanics, it is a lot of contractors have lowered there rates due to our messed up economy. Please don't forget to keep me posted and to rate me also as I know you will be kind. I will check in on you as I keep all of the people on files that I have helped, so I will check back with you.

I have a 1995 jeep grand cherokee and i cant figure out the difference between the high and low side is the low side gonna be on a metal pipe near the fire wall or on the compresure its self cause that is...

during the 1995 R12 was still in uses if you have 134a then you have the conversion here are the valve rule of thumb if the A/C pipes are thick you have the low pressure line the filter drier is a low pressure area, here the high pressure the condensor the thin line is the high pressure, go to the filter drier follow the thick line and you will find a valve that low pressure, go to the condensor the thin line you may even find a sight glass that area is the high pressure you should find a valve this is the high pressure

Need to fill air where is low pressure intake

The a/c has a low pressure port on the low pressure side of the a/c piping system.

One can identify the low side by looking at the 'thicker' pipes vs. the 'thinner' pipes on the high pressure side.

There may be a canister that has a low pressure port on it on the passenger side. Or else, it's on the thicker piping itself.

There may be a blue or black cap on the port.

The pressure should read 35psi to 45 psi on the low side when the a/c clutch is spinning or engaged.

When the a/c clutch is not spinning or engaged then the pressure should read 75 psi to 100 psi on a hot day.

The front a/c is not cooling, however the rear a/c is freezing. i have checked the freon and it is at 45 psi. Could it be the drier?

NO. Use your hand and find out where its cold/ hot. Small pipes are high pressure (hot) large pipes are low pressure (cold) The big can in front of the passenger should be cold. If not, it could be low on charge. The rear uses an expansion valve, so its really different than the front (orifice tube)

Mira mixer cannot balance temp.either scalding hot or freezing cold

I suspect you have gravity fed hot water system and the mixer cannot balance the high pressure of the cold mains against the low pressure of the hot water.
Either install a shower pump. Means installing electrical connections and quite a bit of plumbing
Or a mechanical pressure reduction valve on the cold input pipe to the shower

Cold air with low fan but warm air with high fan

If there was a blockage, the low pressure pipe would freeze up after awhile.Check that there is sufficient gas in the system and there are no leaks. The high pressure should be between 8-13 bar and low pressure shouldbe between 1.8-3 bar.

Freezing up TD-64-24 beverage cooler

Some of this TRUE don't have service valves, but you can put a tapping valve (A1) in the appendix (small piece of pipe comming out of the compresor and seal on the other end).To check the pressure you need to know what type of refrigerant is in the system .If is 134a the low side should be about 24psi and the high around 160 it could vary depends how hot is inside the place and the fridge but not much more than 200.If you working with R22 pressures be around 60 low and 250 high side.
