Question about HP f2105 21" LCD Monitor
I received a new computer last Christmas and was thrilled with the large monitor. However, three months after the warranty expired my monitor started going "black". At first, I was able to get it to come back on by pressing the buttons and hitting the escape key. This lasted for about two weeks, and steadily became more frequent. Then finally the monitor just went black and I was never able to get it to come on again, but, the power button was always on. I tried connecting an old monitor to the computer and alas, it worked fine. I'd like to know if it is possible to repair my monitor or should I just trash it? Please respond and let me know if the repair can be done by me or is it better to have it repaired in a shop?
