Not printing (by 2 users)

The Daisy wheel is not working properly. The striker does not hit the letters.
I downloaded the manual and went over the directions very carefully, but something is wrong. It just will not print.

Yes, I am having same problem. The hammer/striker will not move. My daisy wheel is turning, and carriage is advancing, with return. But striker not hitting back of daisy wheel. Any help, anyone?
