Hi.. Letters Z, X C, V and M are the letters that I can't click on my Toshiba laptop .. Although I can click on them but the letters did not appear on my screen.

Sounds like your entire keyboard or at least several keys are having issues.
First, lets try to remove any 'lunch' from under those keys. It's pretty common to get food particles under the keys keeping them from working properly. To see if this is the problem, turn the computer off. Now flip the laptop upside down with one hand and give the keyboard several firm taps with the palm of your hand, striking particularly the keys causing you trouble. After a few times of that, flip the laptop back over and boot it back up. Try the keyboard.
Is it fixed?
If not there may be some kind of more serious problem with your laptop keyboard. To determine if this is the case, borrow an external USB keyboard from a friend and plug it in. Reboot the laptop and see if the external keyboard works. Does the external keyboard work?
If it does, there's a problem with the laptop keyboard. You'll need to think about either changing the keyboard yourself (complex, but not brain surgery if you're a bit mechanically inclined) or bringing it in to have it done at a local computer store. If you chose to dig into it yourself, a replacement keyboard for a laptop typically only runs about $30-40.
The other option if you don't want to get into it yourself and the cost to replace it is too high (especially for an older laptop), you can also just use the laptop with the external keyboard. This obviously reduces the portability, but at least it will be functional.
I hope this response helps you out. I wish you the very best of luck!

The screen letters are too small to read comfortably

You didn't say if this happens all the time or only when on the Internet...
If when on the Internet- Press and hold the (left) Ctrl key and tap the + key this will expand the page and make the letters bigger You can do this several times...
You make them smaller use (left) Ctrl and the - keys

Some keys on my laptop are hard to press, you must to push a little bit harder before the letter comes up, they are not soft touch anymore. What will I do with that?

You need to clean your keyboard:
Invert your laptop so that the keyboard is inverted over a piece of clean paper: you might be surprised to see all the junk falling out of the keyboard. Briskly blow air between the keys and repeat the exercise several time.
If softdrink or food was accidentally spilt on the keyboard, you may need to very careful and gently lift out the appropriates keys and clean the mess with wet cotton bud. Putting the Press on key caps can be pretty tricky so observe how they are originally fitted.
Hope it helps. Let me know how you go.

My laptop comes on everything lights up except the screen

it would be the blue lettered fn and f6 keys, hold fn key-then hit the f6 key to toggle display. otherwise try and reset the notebook- take out battery and unplug the unit. then push and hold the power button for 60 seconds. then put the battery and plug it back in, and try and see if that works. this has worked on my acer 5100 several times! the screen could have a problem also. this is what i worry about every time this happens 2 me. good luck! if i can help more reply.

The Number key in my laptop overlap over the letter key.

try pressing the FN key at the same time as the number key.

The FN is a modifier key and when pushed the same time as another key, it changes what the button does usually. Many of these alternate functions can be found on the F buttons along the top of the keyboard.

Type letter and get number on keyboard

Hold down the Function Key and the F11 key at the same time. That should reset your keyboard to the letter.
