Hi,

a) If the refrigerator bulb doesn't work then its electrical issue.
Check for the tripped circuit breaker and the fuse may be blown if it is electrical issue
Check proper volts flows in and out.

1)Check the refrigerator is properly plugged.
2)Check for a blown fuse in the circuit breaker. The fuse in circuit breaker supply the proper voltage to the refrigerator.Check if it is blown or not.
3)Check you get proper outlet voltage and test it you get the required voltage is being
supplied.

b) If the bulb works and the refrigerator is not working these could be the reason.
1)Test the compressor motor for continuity using a multitester.
2)Test the fan for continuity using a multitester.
3)Test the main control board for continuity using a multitester.
First Check the back wall or floor of the freezer section for frost. The Freezer(evaporator) fan is running?.This fan problem is very hard to detect.
The DC motor for the fan wears out the RPM's are effected. It gives the illusion that it is running fine, but it doesn't have enough force to supply air circulation for both the freezer
and the refrigerator See weather the condenser coil for
blockage from dust and the condenser fan is running.
1)Check the temperature setting.
Set it to max and min and check for any changes you can see in the system.
2)The compressor vents cold air into the freezer. Occasionally the vent can become clogged with ice, food or other debris. Locate the vent and clear it. To remove ice, use a hair dryer set to "low". Using the high setting may cause damage to the components or interior of the refrigerator.
3)Test the temperature control
With the ohm meter you can test it.If it does not show any reading this is the defective one you have to replace this soon.
4)First Check the back wall or floor of the freezer section for frost. The Freezer(evaporator) fan is running?.This fan problem is very hard to detect.
The DC motor for the fan wears out the RPM's are effected. It gives the illusion that it is running fine, but it doesn't have enough force to supply air circulation for both the freezer.
5)Check for a clogged drain tube if it is clogged remove the clog.
6)Test the evaporator fan.The evaporator fan circulates air over the refrigeration coils. The coils absorb heat and the chilled air is then circulated. If the fan does not operate, the freezer will not cool properly. The fan motor may have failed, but check first that something is not simply blocking the fan blade.
7)Defrost timer is set on the temperature control board. So test the board and check it is defective.
8)Heater and defrost thermostat is located behind the back wall of the freezer section. This only controls the Heat. After the Defrost timer stops it makes the system warm.Defrost thermostat could be defective.

Note:Switch off your system for 8 hours more so the frost will melt and the refrigerator will start working in some cases if it blocked with frost.

Kenmore cold spot refrigerator model # 106.56662500 ice is not dispensing through the door. How do I fix it?

This is common in these units. When the dispenser lever is depressed, an auger motor rotates the auger wire. When the auger rotates, it pushes the ice toward the dispenser door and chute. When the auger is defective, it isnt able to push the ice out of the dispenser. You need to check the auger to determine if it is broken or disconnected from the auger motor. If the auger is broken, replace it.

Why does my ice auger want to keep spinning and wont stop when you pull the cord it turns the auger

Pulling the cord will only start the engine. Your problem is with the centrifugal clutch. Check the clutch for broken springs. GOOD LUCK FRIEND.

I have a yard machine SnowKing model 31AS6BCE752 24". Worked fine last Tues eve, cleared the augers, etc, and put away. Wed morning when engaging augers, engine would stall or belt would smoke. ...

Turn the impeller by hand--does it turn freely? If not, suspect the auger or impeller bearings have seized. Does the impeller drive the auger through a right-angle gear box? If so, it could have failed internally. You will probably have to dis-assemble part of the mechanism to determine the frozen component(s). Hope this helps!

Ice wont come out the door

Can you tell me if the auger turns and ice is just building up in the ice chute? I need to make sure we are talking about the model FRS6R5EMB so we are all talking about the same thing. The auger may be turning or may not. You can test that by opening the door, pulling the ice container with auger inside out and pressing the light switch in while someone presses dispense ice. You should see the motor turning the auger drive. If that works then we need to focus on the dispenser door if working or not, Let me know Thanks, Sea Breeze

GE refrigerator model GSS22 WGMD ice maker motor

If you cant manually turn your auger motor, it may be bad. Does it dispense solid ice or no ice at all? Another thing may be your control panel. That could be bad too, it's the one sending juice to both your solenoid and auger motor.
