SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Have set timer to come on all days of the week at the same time. when i press mode the timer turns on with the on setting but off on auto setting

You posted under GE 24-hour analog power strip.
But question says 7-day programmable without giving brand and model number of your timer.
Resourceful do-it-yourselfer cannot sell a product on e-bay without describing what you have.
Same with fixya.

Open following links to help identify timer and for helpful information:
http://waterheatertimer.org/GE-timers-and-manuals.html#57698
http://waterheatertimer.org/Woods-timers-and-manuals.html#troubleshoot

We have 4 solid options.

1) The omission of key information in question leads me to suspect that you have not read manual carefully. Or that timer has programming conflicts.
I write out information when manuals are confusing.

2) I read timer manuals each day, test timers, and write timer manuals.
Some manuals are poorly written and confusing, so add a comment to this thread with model number so I can read manual alongside you.

3) Add a comment with photo of your timer, so I can identify timer and give best answer:

4) Add a comment for more free help.
Also take advantage of fixya expert assistance live.
For a price, expert works with you while you work on timer or any do-it-yourself project.
Fixya is always less expensive than a service call.

I would like the manual for my GE wall timer model 85061

I don't have GE 85061 timer in my files.
Nor does 85061 match any brand timer I know.
Nor does web search show any timer by that number.

I suggest 2 different options:
1) Free fixya help: Add a comment and describe every aspect of timer so I can check for same-similar timer, and possibly provide a manual

2) Do-it-yourself approach: Open following links to find same-similar timer and download manual
http://waterheatertimer.org/GE-timers-and-manuals.html
http://waterheatertimer.org/UPM-timers-and-manuals.html
http://waterheatertimer.org/Tork-consumer-timers-and-manuals.html
http://waterheatertimer.org/Programmable.html
http://waterheatertimer.org/Countdown.html
http://waterheatertimer.org/Woods-timers-and-manuals.html

Add a comment for more free help.
Also take advantage of fixya phone service.
For a price, expert speaks with you over phone while you work on timer or any do-it-yourself project.
Fixya is always less expensive than a service call.

HPM D817/2 electronic timer 7 face buttons, Manual required. Thanks

1) I have located a similar timer, with similar buttons.
Tork 451D with manual:
http://waterheatertimer.org/Woods-timers-and-manuals.html#seven

The buttons are in different order, and Tork is 120Volt timer, not 240Volt like HPM.
This information may help if you have HPM timer and can experiment.

I doubt this information will help if you are simply looking for a clear cut 1:1 manual to sell on-line.

2) The HPM timer does not sell in US, but the timer is inexpensive and you can purchase the timer for $27 and scan manual into pdf format.

3) HPM also has a contact us page, but I don't know if they will send manual of if link is good:
