Question about Acer Aspire One PC Notebook
Try a power cycle remove the battery and also unplug the power cord then push and hold the power button down for one minute with no power source what so ever, sounds crazy but it really works

Do you get a power light or charging light when you plug in your battery and the mains? If it doesn't then unfortunately it's likely the PSU has gone and you need to get out your warranty..
