Hi chiraag, you're Intel board has a free AGP 8x opened slot that will handle up to an 8x speed video card, (1.5V only).
How to know if the video card supports 1.5 volts? Looking at the connector (Copper contacts), there will be only two connectors. If there is three connectors at the bottom of the graphics card than it is not 1.5v compatible. (This does not include the locking tail at the end of the video card).

XFX GeForce 6200 Video Card - 256MB DDR2, AGP 8x, DVI, VGA, TV Out

XFX carries a lifetime warranty.

Enjoy!

Go buy one. I don't mean to sound like an @ss, but really. Google Video card and your motherboard. It will tell you what you can get, and then go to futur shop or something and get one. Or buy one off E-Bay.

After installing the xp operating system, i run motherboard CD. but in motherboard CD, audio driver installation is showing diable. how to install audio driver?

This is Intel's link for your board.
http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/highlights/dsktpboards/d845gbv
You can get your download here if it's available. There is an audio troubleshooting system area you can check out however, if you have the IDT or ADI sound on your system, you may not have any luck with drivers as the companies have folded. If you have Realtek sound, you can try here:
http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/
Go into your device manager and click on the box next to "sound, audio and game controllers" and you will see your devices. If you see "IDT(sigmatel), or ADI(soundmax)" in your list. You may want to consider an upgrade to a sound or graphics card. The Radeon HD cards can give you graphics and sound using ATI's DVI adaptor.

How to instal agp slot in intel Board d845GVFN

Hi,

AGP graphics adapter is installed only to an AGP slots not on the PCI.pci-mb.jpg slots as shown. You should change your AGP to PCI type graphics adapter.

Hope it works,

Compatability

You have an AGP expansion slot for a graphics card.
(Accelerated Graphics Port)
It uses either 1x, 2X, or 4X graphics cards. Since the only AGP graphics cards out there are 4X or 8X, the 1X, and 2X are moot points. (They were also Junk anyway!)

Your AGP graphics slot only supports AGP graphics cards that are 1.5 volts. There are AGP graphics cards out there, that are Universal. Universal in that they will run as AGP 8X, (.8 volts), or AGP 4X, (1.5 volts)

This is an example:
http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=4103516&CatId=318

Don't expect to play the high end new intense games with this. I'm afraid you'll have to update your motherboard, processor, ram memory, and a better graphics card to do that.

(Example? XFX Nvidia nForce 680i LT SLI motherboard, Intel Core2 Duo E8200 cpu, Corsair XMS2 PC6400 ram memory, 1GB x2 of them, (DDR2 at 800MHz), and XFX Geforce 9800GTX+, vid card. (Plus OCZ SteathXStream 600W power supply)
This won't break the bank, and will slam some games to the wall!)

Graphics card support to motherboard D845GBV

AGP 2.0 and 3.0 4x and 8x feed with the 1.5v spec. AGP 1.0 1x and 2x was fed at 3.3v. In short, you should be fine.

About graphics card

Your motherboard supports AGP graphics cards at 1x, 2x, and 4x speed only. You can find great prices on these cards here: http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=2010380048+1069609639&name=AGP+4X%2f8X
