Unless you have a recovery partition then you can't. But if your hardup for cash then you can get cheap software from software4students or journeyed.com
The other way is to borrow from a mate and use your own CD key on the side of your machine on the sticker.

GATEWAY 5670 WIPE CLEAN

Hello,

You need the following:

1. Operating System's Disc
2. Drivers and Utilities Disc (you can also download the drivers from the website of gateway.)
3. Anti-virus
4. Programs that you want to add to your computer.
It would be a very long post if I provide you with the complete reinstallation steps. You can find a good tutorial in youtube for that. Just search for how to reinstall windows ? . Where ? is the name of the operating system like 7, XP, Vista, or 8.
After doing the clean installation. You would need to install the drivers into your computer. Next. Antivirus and the programs. You might also want to add some tech software like RadarSync. This software will make sure that all drivers in your computer are updated. Drivers are small software which can make your computer to work fine.
If you have any questions, please drop me a line.

I attached the G-Max 2000 speakers that were on my XP Gateway to my Windows 7 Gateway. Though the device manager says they're working properly, no sound is coming out.

if your computer came with a motherboard disc the sound drivers could be on it
you might have to uninstall then reinstall both the sound drivers and the sound card make sure you have both of these devices backed up to a disc before uninstalling
a yellow? question mark means you need to install/update driver to do this

click start control panel sounds and audio, volume, advanced, speakers select appropriate speakers also audio you will find 3 drop down lists make sure you have made the correct adjustments there

click start control panel sounds and audio devices you can adjust the volume there also select speaker volume you can make adjustments there you can also tick in the box place icon in taskbar

I am trying to uninstall Corel App disc and the system will not allow me to, so that I can reinstall it for my camera

Have you tried to start windows in SAFE MODE, and then uninstalling? Maybe then it won't load any of the program into memory, which may be keeping it from uninstalling.
