The same way you remove any motherboard. disconnect power from mains hit the power button to make sure there is no power in the system then touch metal or get a antistatic wrist band and disconnect the PSU and cables then unscrewing from the case.

Hi to all, I need to clear the CMOS of a ECS M/B : Geforce7050M-M Can you tell me if I need to remove the battery before 'playing' with the jumper ? Thanks in adavance Pascal - FR

Typically removing the jumper at the rest potition disconnects the battery. Nevertheless it's advisable to remove the batery and wait some seconds before reconect it.

In case of a problem or clarification or further details needed, don't hesitate to post me a reply before rejecting my answer.
If you are satisfied, rate my solution with the "thumbs" or (even better) add a testimonial.

I try update Bios, but it didn't finish. Then I reboot the machine and now, no video, no sound, nothing. Just the CPU fan works. Before the pane - ECS A790GXM-A. Bios Type: ECS Bios ID:...

I can not understand what did ctually you do.if you modify the bios can not recover .But if you tried for setup it must recover .
Open cover >remove battery>wait for 2 minutes>enclose the battery>go for BIOS setup .First you should do defalt or optimise then f10 (for save or as per guidlne for the mb)
