The easy way to improve the speed is to add more RAM (goto and run their free online scanner to find out what kind of RAM you need)
The other way is to use a program called ccleaner to stop a lot of the **** loading up with your computer at startup, cleaning your registry, and deleting the junk files from your PC.

Lost Facebook when trying to speed up tablet very slow

How can you 'increase your speed via Google'. Google is just a search engine and a portal to gmail, YouTube etc.

To increase your speed on the tablet you need to delete apps you don't use, music you don't listen too and transfer images to a computer. Also clear your temporary internet files and history. Reboot the tablet often to free RAM memory.

To get Facebook back, just go to the App Store and redownload it.

Hp 1210nf sacnning very slow

If you lower the quality of the scans the speed can improve. How long does a scan take currently? How long do you expect it to take? How long has it taken in the past?

How do I change my web browser and find a faster one?

Answering this question is kind of tricky. Browser speed can be impacted by many different things. I have a laptop that uses Windows 7 with IE 9 and it browses extremely fast - but you have to consider all of the external factors that can impact browsing speed.

Here are a few things to examine and maybe your browser speed will increase:

- Have you run all of the available updates for the computer software?

- Have you run a full virus/malware scan to ensure your computer is not infected with some sort of a virus or malware that may be slowing down your browser?

- Have you deleted the temp files and reset the browser defaults. (In IE you can do this under the Tools>Internet Options area and clicking on the Delete button. Then go to the Advanced Tab and choose Reset)

- Have you run a disk defragment or disk cleanup? These programs, built into Windows XP, are under Start>Programs>Accessories>System Tools.

- Have you tried a different computer on the same network you are using and compared speeds? If a "known good" computer is performing similarly on your network or your home internet connection, then it may not be the computer or the browser that is slow - but it may be the internet connection itself. Sometimes you can improve this by unplugging the power from your Internet Modem or Router for a minute or two and then plugging the power back in, and then rebooting the computer.

- Have you uninstalled extra toolbars or browser add-ins that may be clogging up the browser? You can usually remove these extra programs in the Add/Remove Programs section of Control Panel.

If you try these things and the browser speed does not increase, it may be necessary to format and re-install the operating system on your computer. It is possible for registry or file damage to have occurred that may prevent a possible fix. If this is the case - it is a long process, but a fresh start will always make things seem to perform better.

My computer is running super slow and fan is running alot

most likely, your system is experiencing some thermal or heat issues. try to clean the fan and make sure your computer is placed on a well ventilated area. updating the BIOS may also help since there are BIOS updates that includes improvement on fan or thermal management. if that does not help, you may apply thermal paste to the proc, or you may have to get a fan/heatsink and even motherboard replacement
