My cub cadet pto will kick off when you go faster, it will only run when you are just barely moving

If you are referring to an electric PTO here is the way they work. They need good current from the battery to stay engaged because they are a electric clutch and if the charging system is not supplying the right voltage to keep the battery at a good state you would have a charging problem. Another could be the clutch may be worn enough to cause the problem and that would be the most likely cause if you have a known good or new battery. Hope this will help you.

Cub Cadet 1861 amp light comes on when the PTO is engaged and after mowing for a short time the PTO disengages and now the 30 amp fuse blows and stops the engine

Sounds like you have a short circuit, either in the PTO clutch, or in the wiring that goes to it. Inspect the wiring for any obvious spots where insulation has rubbed off or burned. Also look at the wiring at the back of the PTO engagement switch for these signs. Before buying an expensive PTO clutch, unplug its connector. Drive around with the PTO switch on (even though the PTO won't activate and the blades won't be engaged). If the fuse doesn't blow, the problem must be within the PTO clutch. If the fuse still blows, it must be in the PTO switch or the wiring from there to the clutch. Use an ohmmeter to trace and find the short. Good luck!

Cub cadet pto won,t stay engaged

Sounds more like a PTO clutch failure, rather than the switch. The clutch is mounted on the engine shaft, between the hydrostatic drive pulley (nearest the chassis) and the mower deck belt pulley (farther from the chassis).
Since it's an expensive part, make sure the problem isn't in the switch or wiring first. You could do that by probing the wires to the PTO clutch with an automotive test light - they are inexpensive and handy. Clip the ground wire of the test light to the chassis, and probe the hot wire to the clutch (it's the one that doesn't connect to ground) when the engine is running and the PTO switch is engaged. Obviously a helper has to be in the seat, and you should be careful doing this. If the light glows brightly, and the clutch doesn't engage, you definitely have a bad clutch. Good luck! Please rate my answer if helpful, thanks.

Cub Cadet-Blades won't stay engaged

sounds like either a saftey switch problem or a bad drive clutch on the pto. usuallly the mower shuts down, not the blades, they may have changed this though. my best guess would be a safety sensor try calling your local cub dealer and talking to the repair person he can shed light on the problem.
