Disconnect everything that is attached to the secondary lines and check their voltages - if they're dead then check the power transistor, if it's dead replace it. If even after you have replaced all the failed power transistors the source is still dead then the transformer is shorted - replace the entire board.

I have one view sonic va1912w-4 monitor. No power from 2 days. So i can checked power cable but problem is not rectifide. What can i do check next step.

Its either going to be the power board or the main board, My assumption would be the power board since those are the more lilely culprits to go out on those monitors.

Since neither one is readly available, check the fuses on the power board and then also see if there are puffy caps. If there is then replace them with ones that are the same UF rating and same or highter voltage.

Common failure is the caps in the inverter/power board, look for caps with bulging tops, see example of failed VIEWSONIC monitor due to bad caps:

Viewsonic VX2255wm - worked this morning - dead this afternoon?

The problem you have sounds like the inverter board has failed it can be repaired by replacing the inverter board which may be a cheaper option than buying a whole new monitor, you can do a search online for lcd repairs and spares to find the part you looking just state your make and model and price one up.

But before you do do that, and you feel confident that you could take the back cover off the monitor, you could have a look for blown capacitors, they are quite a comman fault in lcd monitors, once the back cover is off check the power supply board, it will be where the power cord plugs into the monitor, The capaciters are barrel like in shape with silver tops, check for any leakage from them or on the board surrounding the capacitors, also make sure they are fully flat at the top, if they are slightly domed or pretruded they will need to changed. post back your findings if you do find any bad caps ill will try to explain how to get the right ones and what do to. cheers.

I have a VA1912wb ViewSonic monitor. Lately, when I power on the computer, the monitor is black, I press the buttons on the monitor, it takes 5-10min to power up.

The viewsonic monitor is a good unit.
If the unit takes more than 30 seconds to power up, you have a problem with the power supply and will have to be repaired.
