Question about Plantronics Explorer 340 Wireless Headset
My plantronics 340 headset has worked well for a couple of months. Yesterday I switched it off, but when I took it from the bag this morning, the blue light was on constantly, and I cannot seem to be able to turn it off or reset it. what to do?
You have to press the button and hold it about 10 seconds until you see the red light flash. Then release it. It should turn off.
