Question about SDI iHome2Go (IH80B) (Black) Docking Station, Speaker System for Apple iPod

Open Question

IHome 2Go (Model iH19B Was working fine till I plugged in my iPhone and a call came in. Message flashed about putting it on airplane mode. I disconnected the iPhone after my iPod was charged. The iPod works fine otherwise but when plugged into the iHome, the iHome turns itself on and off about every 5 seconds. Batteries are fine. I figure the iPhone did something to the iHome. Can I fix this problem? PAB

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Look at the Box and the Manual! 3rd Generation is not supported by iH9! Clearly marked on the Manual.

SOURCE: Doesn't play on ihome says "not compatable"

It's a new ipod, right? And your docking station must of been made before the new nano toke the stores. You need to get a new docking station.

Compatibility issues iPhone 3G - JBL On Stage IIIp

hi there, believe it or not, apple has put a authentication chip into newer devices. It won't allow you to play music or display video on devices that are old. Apple wants you to go out and buy new accessories for the new stuff to make more money. My suggestion is to sell it on eBay and use the money to get a newer compatible dock with your iPhone.

Frozen iphone it is frozen in the apple screen I've tried holding the on/off button, plugging it into the wall and computer plugging it into the ihome

press and hold the power button and the home button together for 10-15 seconds till you see an apple logo re appear on the screen. If that does not work, power down the phone, press and hold the home button and connect it to your computer. Once you see the message in iTunes that an iphone has been detected in recovery mode let go of the home button and restore your phone

Error Message "no SIM card installed"

Hold down the power switch at the top and the main selection button at the bottom. After a few seconds a new screen should come up that allows for shutdown should you slide the slider to the right. DO NOT SLIDE THE POWER OFF. Keep holding the two buttons down. Wait until the silver apple logo comes on the screen. At this point you may release the two buttons. Continue to wait while the iPhone reboots. Once the iPhone finishes booting the "No Sim" message should be gone and you should see bars again. No new sim card or reactivation required!
