My Nutone Model 765HL uses the same heater; I tried the Broan-Nutone website but they were out of stock. Finally found it at Central Vacuum Stores for $35. Here's the direct link: http://www.centralvacuumstores.com/nutone/Broan-Nutone-Heater-Elements/QTXN-Series.php
Hope this helps!

SOURCE: Can someone please tell me what is the lowest temperature setting a Fahrenheat 3000 Watt Large Room Fan-Forced Wall Heater Model FZL3004 will turn on at ?

about the only way I can figure is to let the room get very cool and adjust the thermostat to its lowest setting. now turn on the unit. monitor the heat until the stat just opens. the thermostat bimetal will be closed and will open when the bimetal expands and opens its contacts. another way is to hitch up a chart recorder to measure temperature with its output connected to the heater. [too expensive for you or the DIY to accomplish]

At which voltage?

If you have 120V to it, 4,000 watts is 4000 / 120 = 33.333A.

If you have 240V, 4,000 watts is 4000 / 240 = 16.667A.

Our heater worked when shut off 6 mo ago, it doesn't heat at all now when we turned it on. the reset button was not out, we pushed on it. the power at the circuit breaker is on, any suggetions

by looking at pitcher you have a 40 gallion hot water heater
check thr voltage at the heating elaments
ok remove the two blue covers in thare you
will find a square box with two wires check the
voltage on the round peace it looks like a big nut
with two wires on it use a multi meater you will
have 110 volts if you do the heating elaments
have gone bad
thats a new ballgame you will need to drain the unit
turn the power off
take the two wires off the round peace once they
are off you will need a big sockett un screw them
out both of them take them to home depot and match
them to your new one make sure thay are the same
make and model once you are satisfied reinstall them
please rember to refill the unit with water if you dont
the new heating eliments will burn up in 2 to 3 seconds

Nutone, Model QTXN 100HL-A 1500 Watt Does not heat. Electrician said it was the heater part that has "6260 Eichen 04" on it. He said it was the diode. I would like to order the small part. This is a...

The "diode" that your electrician mentioned is actually a one shot thermal fuse.
You can either go to the Nutone website for parts, or remove the thermal fuse, extract the info written on it and buy a replacement. Mine was a 100C 10A thermal fuse. I got mine from DigiKey.

New heaters need to do a start up or testing for proper operation model f2f5103n TPI corp. Industrial type heater

When you are ready to test run the unit you should take an amperage draw reading on the elements.
The formula to see if the elements are drawing the correct amps is: (voltage x amps=watts) example: If a heating element is 1500 watts and your voltage is 120 volts, then your amps will be 12.5 amps. (120v x 12.5A=1500W)
The easiest way to check amp draw is with a clamp on amp meter.
