Print wont print (by 2 users)

i have a lemxmark x1185. it wont let me print, it keeps asking for the paper but its still there. its not pulling the paper through what can i do??????????

I'm having the same issue. The paper is placed behind the wheel on the right side. But it seems like the roller won't feed the paper through. The roller grabs the paper, then the paper gets jammed. Sometimes the roller won't even grab the paper.

You have the paper inserted wrong in the printer. The paper should be inserted behind the feeder wheel that is on the right side of the feeder shoot
