Aiwa CD Changer error/problem

I have an Aiwa 6 disc CD changer, model ADC-FM60, and I am getting an
error 03 on the display. What does this error mean?

I have 6 discs in the changer and when I place the cartridge in the
changer, I can see it look at all of the CDs. Then when it gets to the
first CD, it spins the cd for about one min. and then displays the error
code, 03.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
