Not an Impedance this is a lower load trip switch on your power plug line.
All waht can be done is to keep a higher amp ELCB/MCB into this circuit and the fault will be over.
If ELCB then check if the iron is having any leak of the coils as a small leak can trigger a cut off.
Check your grounding

Very often the washer trips the Rcd, but not always. Other appliance work fine on the same socket

If your washer works on a diffferent socket with a high load capacity then the trip happens only because the washer needs more current when it is loaded and so trips. So ignore if the washer works perfectly or else the controller unit / power supply/motor within must be checked.

RCD trips after different period of time

Sounds more like a fault developing as the cable heats up due to poor connections.trip operates about 30Ma ot .03 0f an amp which is a pest but good in its own right. If you referring to one socket then remove that socket and check for any loose burning leads,Check the fusebox again for any of the above, good idea to run an independant earth around 10 mm cable to main box just in case earthing is bad..hope you get on ok.

Dryer tripping RCD

Try disconnecting the heater and thermostats.
They are located behind a removeable cover at the rear of the dryer.
If it still trips, then the problem is likely to be more serious.
Hope this helps.

Main oven problem

I suspect not the oven element at fault. you only way forward is to actually test the resistance of the element to earth with a megga if you can beg the use of one. be cautious about the result as on occasion, elements are only faulty to earth when hot. another way to test if you are cdarefull, is to connect the element to mains independently of the oven and see if the rcd trips
