Hi, if you are doing this on a embroidery machine you need to do it manually, much easier if you have a clothesetter for you machine
if you need more info, tell us what machine you are using

How do I fix loose stitches without having to start over?Loose on the left hand border. I now how 6 by 4 foot . Just learned how to crochet 3 weeks ago by watching a video. Help !!

There is no way to change the stitches without starting over, but depending on what it is you are making, you could incorporate the loose stitches as a design feature, for example by adding crochet over top of stitches like is shown in the video below.

Why do I keep getting error C 12 'hoop size is smaller than embroidery data'?

the machine may have a problem with a sensor, if turning it off/on again doesn't clear the machine, you may need to have it checked

Will not sew continuestly when im embrodering when i press the reverse button

It is completely normal for a Bernina 180 and other Bernina models to stitch just a few stitches and stop after first pushing the reversing button. The reason for this is so you can cut off the extra piece of top thread so it does not get caught up in the embroidery design. After you cut off that extra piece of thread, press the reversing button (hold it in till the machine starts) then it will continue with the design. Assuming you do not have a problem (a message would come up on the screen) or you are out of bobbin thread, the machine will continue to embroider till either the design is finished or it stops because you need to change the upper thread to the next color. Each time you start to embroider it will stitch about 3 or so stitched and stop. Cut off the extra thread and press the reversing button again to continue.
If this is not the problem you are having then you need to describe your problem better, in more detail.
This should help! Bill

Does the futura software from compucon allow you to wind the design forward so you can upload the design to the machine, and can continue embroidering the design to complete it. Reason why is had to...

You can skip color blocks that you have already embroidered. When you get to the one you were working on when the machine was turned off, send it to the machine and use the needle down button to advance the design to the point when you stopped. Then you can hit the green button and proceed.

What does the flashing circled E on the info display mean? and how do we get it to continue to embroider? it seems that the design is off to the right and it wants to embroider outside the initial square...

The flashing E means the design is either too big for the sewing field limit (about 3.93 x 3.93") or not centered. From the sound of your description, most likely the design is not centered. Check the design size in software and center it before transferring to the card.

When I stitch out my applique with my Brother SE350, sometimes the satin border doesn't align with the fabric tack down stich. It makes the applique look like a mistake. It looks perfect on my computer...

Check to see if it is a free design, sometimes this is why they are free. (they arn't perfect) or you could try and edit the design yourself and see where the problem is. It's not hard when you have been shown how, but far to complicated for me to explain, try and find someone (maybe in a machine embroidery club) to show you how. Good Luck!

ENLARGING PATERN SIZE ON MY COMPUTER

Depending what program you are useing but as with most it is just a case of going to the edit menu and choosing select all and draging the outline border tabs to the size you want. The other way is to right click on the design and this will bring up the design properties and type in the size you want in the correct tab.
