Try connecting your pendrive in some other computer and if not working in different machines also, then the problem is with your pen drive. If genuine transcend pen drive, then claim it under warranty to get the new one.
If working in other computers but not with your computer, then try connecting the drive to your computer via the USB ports directly available behind your computer as this may fix the issues with USB extension cables and usb spliters, if any
