Please provide more information: Have you loaded the software on the computer? Is the software compatible with your computer operating system? Does the computer recognize the binoculars when you connect them? Lastly, an easy way to find out if it is the binoculars or a compatibility/connectivity issue with the computer is to use a memory card (rather than the binocular's internal memory) and then try to read the card independent of the binoculars.
