Hey friend, thanks for your inquiry!
Within your Frigidaire freezer the error code "FF" stands for freezer failure. I would perform a reset on your appliance which can be done by either unplugging the power cord or flipping the household circuit breaker. Once the freezer has come back on you should be able to push the "Down" button three times to start it back up.
If that does not correct the issue Please respond back I would like to assist you with any additional information. Hope this helps to some degree. -Matt

Thank you for your inquiry, friend!
I understand that you are having difficulty resetting your Frigidaire freezer. Do you want to start your freezer on again? If so, depending on your freezer's control panel style, you may have to push the "Up" button three times or the "Down" button three times. What kind of model freezer do you have? You can locate the serial tag (which lists the model number) on the interior wall of your freezer. Once I have more information I can make sure to provide you with additional assistance. -Matt

Thank you for your post, friend!
I see your Frigidaire refrigerator is not cooling and you have performed a reset on your appliance by unplugging it. You could be experiencing an issue within your control panel or sealed system. I would recommend seeking assistance from a professional to come and diagnose your appliance for the proper repair. Hopefully this is helpful. -Matt

Hello richardso903 - Once again try resetting the freezer by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately ten minutes and restart the unit. Set the unit to ON, by pressing and holding the Power button for approximately ten seconds. If issue persists and freezer does not turn on, then the unit may be experiencing a wiring failure, faulty plug or control board. I would strongly recommend connecting with a professional to narrow down the precise issue before investing in parts that may or may not be the root cause.
