Is there sound coming from the 2 speakers?

Subwoofers are designed to only play bass, you shouldnt hear much acoustic sound coming from it at all.

The best way to test that is to play a song with a good amount of low bass, see if you hear it coming from the woofer, or can you feel the woofer vibrate?

If there is a hole in the side of the woofer box, when you are playing the song is there any air coming out of that hole to the bass line beat?

I dont know how you have your wiring set up, but if it still isnt working please check to make sure that you have the wiring plugged in properly.

If there is anything else I can do to help please let me know. I hope this fixes your problem.

I just bought the logitech LS21 speaker system for my dell and there is a subwoofer and then a left and right speaker to hook up. Where do i plug the subwoofer in at on the back of the compuer and where do...

The set up should be as this.cable plugs into headphone jack on your pc. that connectects to your powerd subwoofer it is power correct! then your small speakers connect to the sub box or thew should? look on the sub box usually front and on the bottom.if thee actual speaker connections then they will be on the rear.

Sound issues

the larger box is the subwoofer. the speaker is in the box with no obvious grill because it is used for bass and the box contains a "maze" through which the sound travels before exiting the bottom (usually) of the box. to resolve the issue, go into the control panel, then hardware, then device manager. locate the heading SOUND DEVICES. click the heading to drop down the devices that are under this heading. right click on the first item in the list and select...UNINSTALL DRIVER. confirm the removal and move on to the next, doing the same until no devices remain under the SOUND DEVICES heading. Reboot the computer and let Windows reinstall the devices. On the speakers, set the volumn controls at halfway. On the subwoofer set all controls to halfway. Now, play a CD.......

I have a mac G3, and have os x ver. 10.3.9 I just bought the logitech E3560 webcam, how can I install it? It's not loading anything from the installation disk!

It sounds like your camera is not compatible with Mac OS. The disc may only have the software for Windows. Go to Logitech web site and see if you can find the software for Mac.

Bought Logitech z-cinema 2.1 but the subwoofer does not seem to work properly...

The subwoofer features Logitech's eight inch long-throw sub in a bass-reflex enclosure. The sub is capable of throwing out 110W RMS with frequencies down to 35 HZ to give you that deep bass for the earthshaking explosions. You must have problem in the product .the installation might have been not proper ... check it via a sound engineer
